"Front desk and valet staff were great. Bartender (didn’t catch her name, but was likely in her 50s to 60s with dark hair) was less than friendly. Room and amenities were as advertised. Overall, it was a nice stay. "

"Inside the home was clean and just as pictured. Outside the home was a mess. We arrived after 11 pm and we passed it three times trying to find it. The neighborhood was very run down and we did not feel safe. The fence around the property was in terrible condition, the home had some kind of patch/tarp on the roof. This home was not located within the circle that showed on VRBO website. One evening we couldn't even turn on our street because there were eight cop cars blocking the road. This makes me not want to use VRBO again. Next time I believe we will stick to a hotel. "
