"We spent 8 days at this hotel. The room is comfortable and adequately equipped. The hotel is conveniently situated, within walking distance of the railway station, various bus stops and a busy bustling market. The staff were pleasant and did their best to help our communication problems! The hotel is over the hot springs which guests can use."

"100점 만점에 200점 주고싶어요 ^^ 너무나 깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 객실에 놀라웠어요 직원분도 너무나 친절해서 잠만자고 나오기 너무나 아까울 정도였습니다. 다시 또 방문하고싶고 강력하게 추천 드립니다. 가격도 너무나 착하고 주변에 맛있는 아침식사 식당도 있구요 ~ 천안명물 호도과자 원조 맛집도 아주 가까이에 있어요 !! 호텔 사장님 상장 드리고 싶을만큼 세심한 신경 쓰심이 보일정도 였어요 ~~~"
