"Poor security and broken faucets made a wonderful visit into a satisfactory visit. Know door has been that way probably for years and the corroded faucets are poor cleaning. These issues need to be addressed and not just pushed off on another person."

"Although the house could be considered rustic, not being updated to 2026 standards that you find on HGTV, it is clean, well-maintained, super charming, and a perfect size for a large family or a bunch of friends who need a restful escape from the mainland. Watching the sunset from the front porch every night was something our entire family could not stop talking about. It simply can’t be beat."

"Melissa was a great host even through Hurricane Lowell. Beautiful property. Wished there was dining space inside as we experienced hurricane winds. Only a block off beach but In remote area with little access to beach due to break wall rocks. Beach area a short distance away"

"Wonderful house in beautiful Kauai!!!! We loved being on the quiet, sunny side of the Island. Kehaka was away from the touristy towns, Close to quaint Waimea and historic Hanapepe. The house was so well equipped and stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beds and furniture very comfortable. We enjoyed our meals on the beautiful Lanai facing the ocean. The views from the Lanai, Kitchen, and living room stunning. The sound of the waves, ocean breeze and sunsets were absolutely spectacular. The night skies filled with stars and moon beaming on the ocean amazing. Chad is a wonderful host with excellent communication, check in and check out were seamless. Would highly recommend this rental property and will definitely stay again when coming back to Kauai."
