A beautiful, relaxing property with incredibly kind and professional staff. Villa Lena has a character of its own that feels truly personal. We loved the design of the rooms and the touches of art throughout. The food was delicious and you could tell care was taken with its making. And again all of the staff was incredibly friendly and it was easy to get help when needed. We traveled here with two children and greatly appreciated all the support from the staff. Highly recommend Villa Lena.

I cannot recommend this location enough. I would most definitely consider making another trip to Tuscany just to stay there. The facilities and the staff are wonderful!!! Well worth going to :)

Staff were as incredible as anyplace we have stated. Grounds and hotel room simply immaculate and gorgeous. Far exceeded our expectations.

The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails.

Our stay here was wonderful. The property is centrally located, walkable to everything and a quick ride to the airport was arranged by our hosts. Our room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Thank you Andrew and Andy, we hope to return .

The title says it all- this was a lovely hotel, and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely, etc. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, as well. We will certainly return on or next trip to Volterra!

The ambiance of Armonia Hotel goes beyond its well appointed lobby and the warm greetings of the caring and efficient reception staff. High ceilings, ornate fixtures, decorative and comfortable furniture, and fashionable floor to ceiling drapes were in our spacious guest room, as well as in the common areas. This was a perfect retreat after a hectic week! I wish I had the time to stay longer, hope to return someday :) Great location right off the square. Cute and very clean room. Felt very safe at the hotel and in the city as a whole. The front desk gal was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are out and about late at night, be sure to bring both keys with you!

The location of this property is the most unique part of the entire stay. It was worth every penny.

We are very frequent travelers who have never been to the Villa il Poggiale before and loved it. We visited in late September - not too hot and the evenings were cool. Perfect time to go. Federica, Irene, and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful from arranging our to/from airport transportation to making us feel at home. We loved this place! Getting here was a bit tricky, as the map we were given in the welcome email was of bad quality, so it didn't take us to the correct place right away, but we figured it out, very minor. I'm sure you can ask for a better quality map. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by Lisa, who was oh so very helpful!
