"If you are looking for a hotel that is a cookie cutter to the budget hotels you would find in the states this place is not for you. It is quirky in a floors not quite level, key fob is a trailer hitch pull, small rooms but high ceilings kind of way. The plaster walls hide beautiful marble work that is only now being uncovered. The rooms have everything you will need but are basic. But oh the location! Right on La Rumbas the place is within walking distance to so very much. I loved that it was a 5 minute walk with my heavy suitcase to the Aerobus that takes you to the airport for about $8.00 Three blocks in any direction will land you someplace cool."

"They do not communicate with you and they do not respond.Great location nice little hotel lavish breakfast in an adorable basement area that’s fixed up like a wine cellar. I would’ve even given them two stars because I had a problem with the website that charged me $200 for an improper date.. This was not my mistake, but the website would not correct it and told me to contact the hotel and if the hotel said that I didn’t have a reservation then they would refund the $200. Despite numerous times of contacting the hotel, they never once responded. This was really terrible. All they had to do was say she’s not booked here so they cost me $200 no matter how many times I contacted them."

"Le service en général était excellent et une belle proximité des lieux populaires tels que la Rambla et les boutiques. Le point de vue de la piscine au 11eme étage est magnifique ! Ce qui nous a déplu, c’est la belle piscine qui n’était pas chauffée et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de frigo et de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres. Très bien en général !"

"The hotel was in a great location, but there is only 1 lift and it was broken on check out so I had to carry my big heavy bag down the stairs. I know these things happen, but if you know people are checking out maybe offer a helping hand"
