"The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. We spoke to the host before booking, ensuring we could have our 6person ceremony, photogs, & use a private chef. The chef he recommended cost more than we were originally told. But he was incredible.
