"This place was amazing. It was an old building. The rooms were very well-maintained. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and welcoming as well as the front desk staff. We will definitely come back . Highly recommend. Pablo and Vicky"

"We selected this property due to the excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping and the cathedral. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this property. Alin was helpful getting us to our fourth floor room and acclimating us with the hotel. Our room was 50 steps up in the hotel does not have an elevator. FYI. There is a lot of noise outside of the hotel, if your room faces the street. We had daily bedding but no new towels or housekeeping the entire three days we were there....

"If you are looking for old-world charm, this fabulous hotel has it in spades. This is every bit a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is impeccable. Attention to detail is the rule. Breakfast was fabulous and the lobby is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink after a night out. At first the neighborhood seemed a bit on the gritty side, but that seems to be much less of an issue after we got the hang of things and were more comfortable. We think...

"Wonderful stay and very helpful host for a short stay in Palermo. Great location as well."

"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."

"The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was amazing and memorable"

"A great place to stay. Right at the heart of Palermo. Two issues- last few hundred meters have to walk with luggage as they don’t allow car there. Second parking is an issue here- need to park at a nearby garage."

"イタリアのホテルらしく水場は古いけど、部屋は清潔。ルーフトップレストランの眺めが素晴らしかった。クアトロクァンティや彫刻広場が見えた。"

"Muy buena ubicación, un cuarto muy amplio y cómodo. El aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente, fuimos en verano ."

"Een prachtig huis met mooie kamers! Gelegen middenin het bruisende centrum, maar toch in een rustige straat gelegen, zodat het geluidsoverlast minimaal is. Stille, schone kamers. Alles is gerenoveerd en tip top in orde! De eigenaar kwam persoon gedag zeggen toen hij de toeristenbelasting kwam ophalen. Hij checkt ook tussendoor of alles in orde is. Schoonmaak is er elke dag tot een uur of 11:00/12:00. Ik weet niet of ze elke dag komen, maar wij hebben het hangertje met ‘please clean room’ aan...

"It is a very nice hotel in the heart of the city. Location is hard to beat. Staff is very attentive. We would stay again."

"This was the most beautiful stay. This was our first time in Sicily and I loved our first stop in Palermo because of Heritage Collection Palermo B&B. The room was exactly as pictured, modern but with the original architecture around it. It was so clean, quiet, and with a perfect balcony in the room to experience Palermo. Roberta was so attentive and the sweetest woman! She was able to arrange proper transportation from airport to the B&B and it was so seamless. She had excellent communication...

"Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here."

"Just had an unfortunate experience with this hotel. Upon arriving after a long flight w/ no sleep all night, we were told that they did not have a room for us that was booked & pd in Feb. We asked why not another room but we were told they were fully booked even though throughout the 4 days we were back & forth at the hotel we never saw one guest anywhere. It was so odd & like nothing we have ever experienced at a hotel before. They said we would have to stay at another hotel across town. The...

"Excellent breakfast, lovely room and intriguing, eclectic hotel decor. Super central location within easy walking distance to all the top sights and dining. Palermo is friendly, felt safe to walk around day and night and is a pleasantly multicultural city, well worth a visit. Just make sure sure to look both ways for cars and especially scooters before crossing any street or tiny lane!!"

"We had a fantastic 13 night stay. Staff were excellent. Could not fault anything with the room. However there was no iron. We had a travel iron. The hairdryer had a diffuser which is rare but useful. Our room was at the back we had no noise issue. Perfect place for venturing from there. Most streets lead back to there. Would definitely recommend staying there and would definitely recommend visiting Palermo. Sicilian’s are very friendly. Food is amazing. You have to look past the graffiti. They...
