"Nice clean hotel in perfect location in touring Palermo. Room was a bit small but not surprising for European standards. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of options. Staff was excellent. Great stay for touring Palermo historical sites."

We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend staying here. It is in the heart of the city. The location is amazing!!"

"Very comfortable stay and perfect location"

"Great location, Martina was incredibly helpful and courteous and made checking in a breeze. Breakfast was really great and the room was elegant, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful details, including excellent coffee and tea and beautifully decorated Sicilian cookies—a lovely personal touch. "Very convenient"

"Excellent boutique hotel located with easy walking access and proximity to Old City sites. Charming room with high ceilings and large private balcony adjacent to reception/bar/breakfast room/lounge on the top floor. Effervescent staff who are eager to suggest best ways to spend time in Palermo and make dining reservations on behalf of the guests. Reception hours are limited to two shifts organized around breakfast (served 8:30-10:00) and afternoon/evening (4:30-8:30)."

"This was a last minute booking and it was difficult to find. You have to go in through this tiny door that opens up into a common area and then up stairs to find the reception desk. Also, they are not there all the time. We had to tell them precisely what time we were arriving so they would be at the desk. The room was clean and nice and it was a great neighborhood."

"Fantastic location, great staff, and great room. Breakfast was the only thing that could have improved in every area fruit, salads, breads - made to order eggs were an additional cost which is not normal when you pay 400 Euros per night."

"The Quintocanto hotel was perfectly located for us. It lived up to its great reviews from other travellers. The front desk staff were helpful. We also ate at the associated restaurant Gusto next door and very much enjoyed it."

"In addition to the very convenient location, the room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are very warm and give very useful recommendations."
