"The appartment itself was ok: renovated building, lots of space, clean, several eating options closeby... There was actually an elevator contrary to what was listed on Expedia, a nice surprise. My only minor gripes were that the mattress was too soft for my taste and the TV quite small. However, I had two more important concerns which negatively impacted my stay experience. "What an excellent hotel. We arrived after a 4 hour drive in France, and a flight delay. Exhausted. But a friendly, caring lady at the reception made such a difference. She was perfect in every way - efficient, reaching out, informative and more. Made is feel comfortable in every way. The other hotel staff - concierge, room service, housekeeping - all above par! Recommended for all travelers."
