"The location was outstanding, situated in the heart of the attractions with excellent restaurants just steps away. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay free from street noise, and the air conditioning provided additional comfort. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies, and we greatly appreciated being granted early access to our room upon arrival. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return. "

"Marco is the friendliest and amusing host. He gave us a warm welcome and lots of good advice re our short visit to Palermo. The hotel is in a great location, was good value and served a very nice breakfast. A good experience all round and would definitely recommend this hotel as very convenient for getting around Palermo."

"I needed a room in Palermo, so I booked this hotel on September 18th, for a two-night stay starting the next day, from September 19 to 21. The booking went through, payment was made, and I received a confirmation. The next morning, I found an email in my inbox stating that an error had occurred, without providing any additional details, and informing me that my reservation had been canceled. So, I can't comment on the actual hotel experience; the service was so bad that I couldn't even get...

"This is a great 3-star B&B! The breakfast is good. the hotel is very clean. The rooms are wonderful. The staff is fantastic. One night, I accidently locked myself out of my room, so I called Veronica and she sent one of her staff members to the site in only 20 minutes to open the door for me. This is a great place to stay for your vacation!"

When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. "My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs, the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3 Thank you we had a great stay at your hotel and will tell our friends too!"
