Only issue we had was that one staff from the restaurant didn’t treat us kindly when one of our family member didn’t have appetite to eat but wanted to stay with our family group to accompany us and talk. Luca read great: we were able to check in a couple of hours early, and leave it luggage for the day before catching the afternoon train to the airport. The room has a coffee machine and a toaster oven instead of the usual microwave. Great for heating up leftover spices of pizza!"
