Check in was a breeze & he provided lots of good information for touring around including how far away (time wise) places were As a Canadian travelling overseas best purchase was a multi plug power bar (EU style) & then able to plug a converter into that - outlets were higher up on the wall & less weight balancing on the plug in."

We were very grateful for complimentary luggage storage in the building locker on our last day. The shower is luxurious although the water pressure is on the lower side, just as an FYI in case that’s a big issue for someone. But it was no biggie when the place was so comfortable and amazing!!!!
