"We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"The apartment isn’t quite finished, there are incomplete light fixtures, the shower head holder is yet to be installed, no microwave, the kitchen has the bare minimum regarding cookware, and we couldn’t access the deck space because the shutters are jammed. There is no lift so start climbing, it was 51 steps to our second floor. The apartment needs some help, it’s like a college dorm room.The worst thing is that there is new construction on both sides of the apartment, so the Jack hammer starts...

"We had one night in Heraklion. This hotel was just perfect for us. Very close to the center of the Heraklion. Just for a few minutes, you have so many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious for family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful with ocean and islands. Breakfast buffet was excellent with so many choices. Highly recommend."

From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, every staff member was welcoming, personable, and eager to help. The amenities throughout the property were equally impressive, including the well-equipped gym, fantastic restaurant, and beautiful pool with floating lounge chairs. This is truly a state-of-the-art property with exceptional service. Its location is another major plus—just six minutes from Heraklion Airport, making it incredibly convenient.
