"Allereerst is de locatie fantastisch. Het is het bovenste appartement van het gebouw met terras en uitzicht over het bos. Het appartement was echter een stuk kleiner dan verwacht. Een van de slaapkamers (met het stapelbed) was eigenlijk een veredelde kast. De andere slaapkamer was wel iets groter, maar naast het bed was er geen ruimte meer. "We spent a night in the Eddy Lodge on our way back home. It's in a quiet village in a farm setting. Parking is on a private driveway near the Lodge. The accommodation is a mini house with a double bed, kitchen/living room and a shower room, all overlooking the fields at the back of the farm. The immediate grounds are fenced in, which was useful as we had our dog with us. Overall, a comfortable night's stay."

"A nice hotel in a very central and convenient location in the town. There was a fridge and kettle, but you had to put it on the floor to plug it in as there was no other socket (needs an extension). There was only one small cup, two glasses but one was dirty, no spoons, and no tea, coffee or sugar etc. Not very welcoming. The luggage rack was broken. Otherwise a nice room and good-sized bathroom."

"The hotel is located at a roundabout in the middle of nowhere. The location was mostly beneficial to us, as we wanted to visit different places that were all within a reasonable driving distance. (Luxemburg, Dinant, Rochefort, Bastogne, Namur.) The service was good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was remarkably good, among the best i can recall in terms of quality, though the selection was somewhat limited. The lady arranging the breakfast was particularly nice. Dinner at the restaurant was also fantastic. The restaurant requires reservations for dinner, but they still accommodated us the first night when we were unprepared. This place almost felt like a hidden gem, particularly at this price, though that is likely due to location. Even so there were a few things that bothered us a bit: the rooms are not well ventilated and the heat in the summer was unpleasant, though we did get a fan to mitigate this. Three out of four mornings we were woken up by noise outside in the mornings (we had the windows wide open). One morning it was the music at the patio 0730, the next it was hedge trimming at 0830, then it was the truck delivering supplies at 0630. All of this by the hotels services, there was also a garbage truck and some road noise (the speed limit outside is 70kph), but that is more or less as expected. Shutting the windows mostly cut off the noise enough to go back to sleep for a while longer."
