It was a great place for a quick stay and we were able to get food from their restaurant, which made it easy for us when we had a long travel day. The shuttle service was also amazing, which took us from the train station the night before, and then took us to the airport the following day. Sahib Singh was fantastic! "

It is also soooo conveniently located right across from where the ferry takes you to the various islands. My Italian cousin was impressed with my choice. The hotel breakfast was excellent and lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!"

She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. "La Palma was the perfect stay for Stresa. The lake view room balcony could not be beat. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The Sky Bar was a wonderful way to spend an early evening for drinks and the hotel is centrally located with a great breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay again! "
