"The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and had such a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the staff that made our trip feel extra special. A very special thank you to Karima for her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and her warm hospitality really made a difference. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. We would absolutely love to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing...

"Where we stayed at the Oasis Camp was lovely. Clearly it was a newer addition to the Barcelo Resort and it was beautifully appointed and quiet. At night they would light a fire in the center of all the "tents" which made for a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rest of the Barcelo resort has gone somewhat to seed. It was clearly in it's heyday 20 years ago or so and not much has been done to improve on it since. There were multiple amenities (volleyball, tennis, lake) that weren't well...

"Beautiful peaceful hotel with exceptional staff and service. The pool is the main attraction. Heated and designed for lounging. Breakfast brought to your room every day. And lunch round the pool. The only flaw is the restaurant and limited menu in the evening. We’ve stayed 4 times. It’s lovely. "

"There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training."

"Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. "
