"For that price, everything should have been better. The towels were old, thin, and unpleasant. There were visible marks on the ceiling as if the upstairs neighbors had flooded the apartment — the surface material was bubbling and uneven. The area next to the elevators constantly smelled like trash. There was a large trash bag left there, and we saw it every single day during our stay. The check in process wasn’t smooth, as none of the apartments which we booked was ready on time. "
