Top quality Penthouse Apartment, located in the heart of the city of Palma, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic terrace with impressive views of the Cathedral, where you will find a large table to eat outside and a large sofa to relax on the roofs of the old town and the La Lonja area.

The house has access by elevator and has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Entering, you will find the living room, where you can enjoy satellite TV; and the kitchen, fully equipped with: refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave and all the appliances necessary for your stay, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, kettle, etc.

There are two independent bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190), both with built-in wardrobes. You will also have a bathroom equipped with a shower tray and all the necessary toiletries (gel and shampoo, toilet paper, disposable tissues, etc.), as well as a set of towels per person.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house and we have the necessary cribs and high chairs for the little ones' stay (upon request).

The apartment is located in the Lonja area, a short walk from countless points of interest in the city of Palma such as the Cathedral or the Port and surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants and multi-brand shops. One of the most charismatic and sought-after areas of the island both for its location and for its historical character.

In the center of Palma, as in the center of many cities, it is difficult to park. If you come by car, we recommend using the parking lot located 150 meters from the apartment.

Distances from the accommodation:

-Beach: 1.5 km.
-Palma Congress Palace: 1.8 km.
-Palma de Mallorca City Hall: 600 meters.
-Mallorca Cathedral: 400 meters.
-Bus stop: 100 meters.
-Airport: 10 km.
-Golf course: 4.8 km.

An ideal place to spend a few days and get to know the city of Palma and a good starting point for all possible routes in Mallorca.

Supersental leilighet med fantastisk utsikt

Vi var tre venner på tur i Palma og delte denne leiligheten – den passet oss perfekt.Kjøkkenet er praktisk og godt utstyrt med alt man trenger for å lage både frokost og middag hvis man ønsker en kveld hjemme. Stue og kjøkken i ett gir en åpen og hyggelig romfølelse.Høydepunktet var den fantastiske takterrassen.Å starte dagen med frokost ute, med utsikt mot katedralen og byens taklandskap, var virkelig en opplevelse som satte stemningen for hele dagen.Om vi skal pirke, så var det litt lukt på badet og air condition kunne vært sterkere – men det var på ingen måte noe som ødela oppholdet.Kommunikasjonen med utleier var utmerket – rask, hyggelig og hjelpsom hele veien.Vi følte oss veldig godt ivaretatt.Vi vil absolutt vurdere å leie denne igjen neste gang vi besøker Palma.

Terrace, location, terrace

We loved this terrace and location! The apartment is in the middle of everywhere you want to be. The terrrace was amazing and my husband and I spent afternoons drinking wine in it while our teenagers napped in the second bedroom. The communication and check in process was outstanding and we loved having a kitchen and living room after days traveling in a hotel. Mallorca was amazing and we would definitely come back to this apartment.

Terrific views and a terrific stay!

Great location in the terrific city of Palma. The hosts were communicative and helpful throughout the process. The flat has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The star of the show is the amazing patio which we enjoyed every evening. Looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location

Host contacted us directly after booking to confirm details following an enquiry. Quick and clear responses. A few days before arrival host contacted us to confirm arrival and accommodate an early check in - very considerate. Used Whatsapp with host to arrange check in all smooth, friendly and easy process. Apartment impressive - great, large outside terrace with amazing view, comfortable beds, clean and stylish interior design. A filter water tap helped with buying lots of water, but great supermarket literally downstairs with all you need. Highly recommended, premium accommodation but worth every penny.

Lovely apartment, great location

We had a lovely welcome from Naeomi when we arrived at the appartment. The appartment itself was gorgeous, very well appointed, clean and tidy. The terrace was a particular treat eapecially as the weather was stunning. The views from there were lovely too. The pictures are very accurate. The location of the apartment was superb, a huge selection of bars and restaraunts within minutes walk and a 2 minute walk to the harbour. Even though the location was busy the noise levels from the terrace were low. I would definitely recommend this property and I will definitely book again.

Lovely apartment

Situated right in the heart of Palma a lovely apartment with a large terrace and afternoon sun. Very clean and well equipped. The only negative thing was the shower was tiny and impossible to shower without the doors open. Otherwise perfect.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zu viert in der sehr sauberen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung für eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist klasse, es ist trotzdem ruhig gewesen, allerdings war das Appartementhaus Ende Februar auch nicht ausgebucht . Der Kontakt zu Irene war sehr zuverlässig, sympathisch und engagiert.

Amazing roof top

This was a great location and had an amazing roof top patio with views of the castle and cathedral. Apartment was clean and had two good size rooms. Appreciated the availability or laundry facilities in the building as well. The owner reached out ahead of our visit and checked in with us during our stay. Definitely recommend.

Best Place to Stay in Palma!

Not only was the flat beautiful and comfortable, it was in the right location too! Each morning and evening was spent on the balcony overlooking the cathedral! They supplied some coffee and cava for us to enjoy! Wonderful time and wonderful hosts!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist allen zu empfehlen, die gerne Palma zu Fuss erkunden, zentral und ruhig wohnen wollen. Tolle Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Amazing location, great host and apartment is much better than the pictures - which is rare

We loved our stay here. The host is great, the location exceptional, the apartment really well appointed (except bathroom pretty small) but everything is is great. From the central cooling to the amazing terrace (which is much better than the images can show). Highly recommend!
