"The trip was an experience that i enjoyed, however you must be open minded. Its a little primitive. Great communication from the owner. The weather was a factor I should have paid more attention to before I booked. I would go back."
"The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it."
"My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. This is non-refundable so we didn’t go and we have lost our money. After seeing the first review I’m not sure why this is offered on any site. "

"The size of the house is unexpectedly spacious with everything we needed avaliable. We enjoyed every breakfasts and dinners we prepared in the kitchen. The pool area is wonderful and we had a barbecue. We enjoyed to end the evening watching some movies and our favorite shows on the widescreen TV in the game area. Everyone had a restful sleep as the beds are comfy. We really had a very nice stay at the Blue Palm!"

"Our stay here was just perfect - great location, everything we needed, Bryce left very good instructions for anything that we might have needed (we didn’t 😊), and very comfortable! We were close to everything but felt like we had our own little private place too. Will definitely come back here. "

"We thought the property looked even better than the pictures upon entering the cozy Living Room. The dining room table allowed all 19 of us to squeeze together around the table ( 9 adults and 10 kids ages 8-16). The pool outside was well used and the hot tub nice and warm. We got lots of games of ping pong and billiards in. The 2 tables plus coffee table allowed many different board games to be going on. Loved having 2 refrigerators and the large kitchen. My favorite thing was having 6 bedrooms with en-suite baths. Everyone could get some time away from the group and not have to share bathrooms. We had some drain issues (holding water) in 2 showers in 2 bedrooms and the owner got a handy man over there right away. The owners were so prompt about answering and did everything we requested. Always so cordial and welcoming. The rules were very clear and easy to follow. Also proximity to beautiful Manatee Beach about 12 minutes away was easy and Coquina Beach just a little farther. They are 2 of my favorite beaches I have been to in FL in the 5 years we have lived here. The shaded picnic areas, large expanse of shallow water, cool temperature sand and lovely warm water - plus food available on the beach and evening music at Manatee made our beach times so memorable. The property was everything it claimed to be. We were all very happy with our stay and would go there again. Maybe some better cooking pans (scratches)and a griddle. Owners were the best. "
