The suite was comfortable and very clean. Excellent laundry option for a mere 10 euro. We loved Corniglia - the food and the people were top tier."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

We arrived quite late and the town was very busy. We had to park the car just outside to unload the bags. The receptionist staff came to great us (to check if we were staying there). "Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots."

"Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "

La navette pour descendre en ville était très pratique mais devrais passer plus souvent qu’une seule fois par heure car il y avait seulement 8 places, donc si plusieurs personnes sont avant vous, vous devez marcher 30 minutes pour descendre ou attendre 1h. Le déjeuner était excellent. L’hôtel magnifique. La chambre était propre et bien ordonné"
