"This was a wonderful property to stay in! We picked it because of the space, number of rooms and all the activities. The pool was beautiful, just pretty cold. The outside living is beautiful and the activities super fun. The kitchen was spacious, just lacking some things that would have made the stay better. The beds were just ok, and it would have been nice to have some throw blankets for the couches. The ice maker doesn't work so if you need ice just pick up a bag of it when you arrive. We did have groceries delivered multiple times with no problems. It would have been nice to have a cooler and beach chairs/ umbrellas included, as we did travel to Miami Beach but it wasn't a deal breaker. The property is just beautiful and feels luxurious. "

"Checking in the evening a plus for me. From the area to spend one night. Hotel room was clean and orderly. Liked the bathroom neatness and the outside sink. Airconditioning pleasant and easy to adjust. Coffee maker a plus. Good lighting options as well. Thankyou for this pleasant stay."

"Easy check in with host. It was like staying with family. Great home with lots of space for a big group. Great yard with pool, lots of seating, BBQ, fridge and sink. Planning on staying again! "

"I was disappointed to find that the front room was advertised as a second bedroom when in reality it served as the dining area/tv room/bedroom. Also having to check in with the host in order to adjust the thermostat was more than I was willing to do so I just made the best of the situation. The noise and the smells from the main house were evident although not unbearable "

"Our group had to go to a wedding, so we didn’t get to use the pool. But it was plenty big enough for our party. Everything was well stocked. Happy we chose this one. Also, the backyard had lots of activities for all ages."

"The host was incredibly responsive. The home had many things to keep children occupied. We had 12 people stay and 6 of those were children. I would recommend having fewer people. While people can sleep on the couch and pull out bed, it was not ideal. "

"- The living room television was not fully functional — the top half of the screen did not work, making it unusable.- The pool was not saltwater as advertised and was not filled to an appropriate level causing the equipment to run very loudly.- The home was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt/grime throughout. - The pool area had an unpleasant fishy odor and the yard was unkempt and dirty.- Several towels appeared unclean.- The refrigerator did not get cold enough to safely store food, preventing us from keeping groceries and preparing meals as planned.- There was a broken lamp and a large broken lampshade in the master bedroom.These were not minor inconveniences. The lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and inability to properly use the refrigerator and pool significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Our other friends left two days early. "
