"Pool/gulf view is a must. Very nice, but pricey. Sliding glass door very, very hard to move. Shower water temp was way to hot, and could not be cooled with the regulating handle. We did not ask for a handicap accessible shower/bath, but got one. Did note care for the old tile floor, which looked dirty. The beach is really nice, with reasonable fees. Not overcrowded. The pool/gulf view overshadows most small issues."

"We stay at the Tradewinds every year. Great amenities and comfortable room. While there is construction in the Brekenridge building it did not disturb us, even being on the second floor. Will be back."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here. There is a Keurig so if you want coffee be sure to bring your own k cups. The unit could have used some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and swimsuits. The location is great…just a 5 min walk to the beach."

"Really amazing condo and location. Everything was perfect with this condo. The condo had everything you needed for a great vacation. It was super clean, communication with property manager was amazing. The facilities were perfect, right on the beach, pool was amazing and they had a bar and also cafe with amazing food. It was extremely close to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!!!!"

"This property was wonderful. This is the best vrbo that we have ever stayed in (we have stayed in a lot). Hot tub was wonderful. Any amenity that you could think of. Vlad was the best host as well. He checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit."

"I like the unit . It was spacious for the two of us. That being said we hated the bed and mattress. We had to put a pillow between wall and bed frame because frame wasn’t attached to bed so every time you moved it banged against wall . Also mattress was really soft and we rolled to middle so we did not like that. Also with all condos across the street with hundreds of lights on outside of building the curtains need to be blackout."

"I have never stayed with Mint before and I had a last minute booking for Memorial Day weekend and they had the best price so I gave it a chance. I must say my expectations were more than met!!! First of all, the room, kitchen, and bathroom were so clean! The whole building was so clean and chic and the pool area was amazing! The room comes fully stacked! Coffee pot with creams and sugar, pots, pans, plates, drinkwear, dishwasher and dishwasher pods, laundry with detergent, and the bathroom also...

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...
