"Our group of 2 families enjoyed the stay here. We had everything we needed. The location is beautiful, but very windy. The scenery was the highlight for adults. Kids loved the mini golf and the upstairs loft (beware of the steep steps). It is about an hour drive to the volcano. Lots to see and do within an hour drive in all directions. There is nice food close by "

Just make sure she has your cell so you can text back and forth. Only thing is to make sure the fans are in the living room. It can get a bit toasty. But the ac units in the bedrooms were amazing. "Vistas Del Lago is a great community with an amazing view of Lake Arenal and the mountain. The house was as presented on line, nice accommodation for 6, though there were only 4 of us. Our only issues resulted from late season rain and storms -- unreliable internet and washed out roads/landslides."

"Our family of 5, adult children, stayed for 6 nights. The pictures do not do the property justice. Absolutely stunning views of lake, mountain and volcano. One of the best supplied VRBOs I have ever stayed at. The pool was clean with a nice view. The hosts were incredibly attentive and provided lots of recommendations for food and entertainment. Only down side was the rocky curvy road to get to property. Would highly recommend! "

"Super comfortable accommodations. Owner communicated everything we needed promptly. The only reason we had any issue was due to the VRBO app not being easy to navigate when looking for info. I recommend chatting with the owner before hand in order to get directions ahead of time. The app won't let you copy and past links sadly. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. "We really enjoyed our stay. The house is as pictured, it was clean and easy to check in. Beautiful views and not far from a few yummy restaurants! It’s a bit of a drive to La Fortuna but we did 2 activities (night walk and zipping) at CRParadisio which is close to the house. I would recommend this property!"
