"The bathroom floor was dirty. The light fixture in the bathroom only had one bulb out of three working. When turned on the one bulb continued to flash off and on consistently. The ceilings were awful. The popcorn texture was literally falling off, so much so that the light fixture by the door was full of large sections of it. I opened a dresser drawer and someone elses clothes were there. There was basically no tv to watch. The beds were nice. It was not what I expected for what I paid. It was a birthday trip for my sister and I was highly disappointed. The interior of the hotel was cute and woodsy. But it pretty much stopped there for me. I won’t ever be staying here again. 80$ a night hotel would be more like it for this place. "

"For many years we considered this the top hotel in Quincy. Although the common areas were clean this time, the hotel room had multiple long hairs on the floor in the bathroom and in the sheets on one bed. Otherwise it was clean, but the long hairs made it feel gross. We found a dirty washcloth folded in with the clean ones. The shower gel appeared to be the cheapest possible, orange “Dial” product. The rooms are very large, but the beds were springy, and overall it felt outdated. We were disappointed that the breakfast room didn’t open until 7 on the weekends. The coffee in the lobby was not refreshed until that time, either. The breakfast ended up being all carbs—waffles, simple bagels/toast, potatoes, cheap biscuits & gravy. It was very processed and disappointing compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in the past year. A server shared that eggs are on the menu a few times a week. The workers were extremely accommodating and helpful. We appreciated their service. This hotel always feels safe, with an extra large parking lot that works well for larger family vehicles. For the price point it was simple okay. Next time we’ll probably try a different place."

"My room was next to a noisy room. I had to call the front desk at 3:00 AM to address the noise, but they were unable to contact the guests. I left the hotel at 6:00 AM feeling very tired. The toilets were smaller than standard, making it difficult to sit and stand. There were also a lot of ants running around on the bathroom floor."

"Cookies and popcorn at check in. Clean room with enough towels. Breakfast selections were great."
