"Overall it is very nice. Cigarette smoke was not as bad as some other casinos Ive been to. Being Southern California the pool should have been open. Yes, its late March, but has been in the 80s and 90s the ladt few weeks. Staff was very friendly "

"Our room was by the roof and there was a very noisy air conditioner pump or heat pump that came off and on!"

"Told we were getting a golf course view - they put us in a basement room with no view whatsoever, the view was a window well. The kid activities are not free, everything is an additional fee. We were also told housekeeping was coming on the third day of our stay, they did not show up. The fire alarm kept going off after we showered unless we kept the bathroom door shut. "

"Great place with kids lazy river was great you do need bring own floats or buy there. Adult side pools are only thing I would say was bummed about. The big pool is only for adultsbut we had more fun at lazy river any ways "

"One pool was closed; air conditioning was very loud. Room was nice though and cool. We had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. Bed was ok for a short stay. "

"Overall experience was excellent. We were upgraded to a lakeside room which was wonderful. They have done an amazing job at renovating this property over the past 2yrs..we have been coming as day spa clients through out and this is first time staying overnight. The room and building was done in a very 70s vibe true to the architecture. The only complaint is the poor lighting in the bathroom. "
