"The grill at the Mountain Spring pool closed early, which was a disappointment because we had called regarding hours, etc, as we were planning for a group. "

"To start, I had requested a king size bed well in advance of 2 months. They gave me 2 queens. The room was very outdated and had a musty odor. The shower keajed all iver the floor. The doors had no seals, and nothing was soundproof. You can hear every foot step on the second level. Every toilet flush and every shower. You could hear every street sound due to the gaps in the door. Breakfast was powdered scrambled eggs with sausage every day. Of course, they also had waffles, and cereal. Fruit was lacking, milk was lacking and tea selection was 1 brand and they didn't have enough boiled eggs for every one. There were no bedside outlets to plug your phone. Actually, no accessible outlets except for the one holding the blow dryer. For the price, I expected better accommodations. If this is a representation of Quality Inn, we will not be back."
