"The breakfast at this hotel was very nice in a relaxing environment. The location was within walking distance to the beach and walking trails. The staff were especially welcoming and warm. The amenities were nice, but it was too cold to use the pool at this time of year, especially since the pool was unheated. The sun and hot tub are by appointment which makes for a relaxing environment. We booked the rooms with terraces and felt that they were agreed value with nice views, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower. "

"Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer Nebenstrasse mit großem Garten und privatem Pool. Die überdachte Terrasse ist groß, dass man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann. Die Ausstattung ist gut, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir finden, dass das Geschirr und Besteck qualitativ verbessert werden könnten, um dem Niveau des Hauses besser zu entsprechen. Auch hätten wir uns eine wöchentliche Reinigung sowie einen bequemeren und praktischeren Wäschewechsel gewünscht."

"It is a lovely villa, and supplies all the helpful things you need like fly spray, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper etc etc. It is a very easy walk to the beach. The villa was very clean and had excellent WiFi and hot water. The pool is lovely.There is quite a long drive (4km) to the village from the main road (where the supermarket is). We knew this before coming so it was not a problem, but if you want to eat out in Begur for example it's a 20 minute drive. "

"We loved staying at this villa! We were a group of 10 friends (2 children) The setting was fantastic on the outskirts of the main town, so really quiet and peaceful and on the edge of the forest that you look out to from the pool. The pool is fantastic, it’s huge, at great temperature and plenty of shade sunbeds and tables to sit out at. Check in was simple with the agent, we were able to check in early, which was very helpful. Communications from the owner were also very quick and helpful. There are two good restaurants and a well stocked Spa supermarket within walking distance - it is all downhill though so an uphill walk back which is tricky if it’s hot. There is very little parking near the beach so would recommend hiring bikes to get around from the villa. The only downside to the villa is the lack of air conditioning which in the week we were there was quite uncomfortably hot in the day and at night. There are fans available but don’t work that well so the only way we kept slightly cooled was to have cold showers and keep on swimming … also a better selection of glassware in the kitchen! Don’t be put off though it is an excellent villa to stay in .. "

"De ligging op wandelafstand van het strand. Een mooi zwembad. De aanwezigheid van een vaatwas en wasmachine. Veel te harde bedden. De lattenbodem is eenplank! Een vliegenraam in de slaapkamers zou welkom zijn gezien de vele muggen."

"We loved the villa !! Open spaces modern style and really comfy. Few little things like the cutlery was a bit cheap and nasty and some of the utensils were a bit naff but I’m sure the owners will look at this after reading this review. Overall we could not ask for a better villa with its quality rooms and amazing garden with a massive pool which was spotless. Communication with the owner was also spot on. "
