The staff is extremely courteous and made me feel like a VIP. They offered to make a reservation to a show on our behalf. More impressively is the fact that they placed a small bottle of champagne on ice with two glasses for my birthday. We also received a room upgrade as Platinum Expedia members. The only areas of improvement are: better quality coffee and the fact that they were always out of scrambled eggs for breakfast."
