"Very expensive hotel say accommodate for 4 people in double bed room only two towels two wash clothes only two cups for coffee and only two coffee pods per room and the mattress are not comfortable at all very thin on a metal frame only maybe six inches thick barley slept uncomfortable and had to use other linen because it’s only for two per room not four like they say"

"The room was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We came off a cruse and arrived at the hotel at 10:00. We were expecting to to leave our bags at the front desk and come back at the regular check in time. The agent said that we could use the pool facilities and that they would expedite a room request. We had a great wait by the pool and they had a room for us by noon. Thank you to the staff for accommodating us so quickly. The only negative comment I had was the shuttle bus to the Old Town didn't show up at its scheduled time. We were 10 minutes early and waited for 45 extra minutes but never saw a shuttle bus. We ended taking an Uber."

The property is clean & conveniently located in a developing area within walking distance to near by attractions (T Mobile District, Coca Cola Music Hall, San Juan Marina & local restaurants). The Staff provided 5 Star worthy Customer Service! Specifically, Adrianna provided exceptional customer service. Her friendly smile & warm greeting made my family and I feel truly welcomed & confirmed we made the right choice in hotels. She went above & beyond throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable in our room. Zadielle is a true asset to the establishment. Our checkout process was seamless & he was so kind and patient with my family. He assisted me with obtaing additional documents for our trip & he was happy to help. Thank you so much! Future stays to the island will be at the Hyatt Place San Juan because of their exquisite service & genuine kindness. Thank you again!"
