"This is an extremely nice property. The food at Crooked River Grill is absolutely delicious with no skimping on quality ingredients. We didn’t play golf but the course looks very nice. There are some renovations being done to the main pool bathrooms, The fitness facility is a separate cottage and is well appointed. Our condo was spacious and had great views of the pond and golf course. Beds were comfortable and we loved the space. It was certainly functional but there is only minimal interior...

"Fabulous Host! Beautiful, clean beach house with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with two sinks and plenty towels. Everything is neat, well organized and clean. Gorgeous view of the beach during the day and stars by night. Several decks with nice outdoor furniture. Easy beach access. We love the outdoor shower. Quiet, serene and peaceful uncrowded beach paradise. Shady parking area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
"We absolutely loved our first trip to Alligator Point! The Happy Shack was just that..... happy! Everything we needed plus things we didnt even think about was there and available. The outside and inside games were perfect for family time. The quirkiness of the layout and decor fit the entire vibe of the property perfectly. Every nook and cranny are thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and placed about! Alison was prompt in answering questions and made us feel right at home! We WILL be back! "

"We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and stocked with our cooking needs. The bay view was calming and was much cooler with a cool breeze coming over the bay while sitting on rocking chairs on the porch, while enjoying the sunset. The location was easy access to nearby state parks, aquarium and beaches. My family would recommend this location. "

"Loved that the beach was right there!!! Loved that there was very few people around, our private beach. Great place to stay for the week. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Loved sitting on the back deck furniture listening to the waves. I might of took a few naps, lol!! Awesome views! Thank you for letting us stay in your home. "
"Amazing! The house was perfect for our family. There were a few days that the boys fished right from the deck. The water did flow under the house a couple of times, which was cool. The new deck was GREAT!"
