There was an appropriately sized television, toiletries, and unlimited tea and coffee by a kettle. in terms of the area it was down a street with rats, although there was rats everywhere in Colombo. Dining hall greets you as you enter the hotel and its full of flies and bad smell, probably from the garbage room beside elevator. took a peek in the kitchen and its filthy. linens are stained and dirty linens lying around everywhere in the corridor. If they can maintain it well, this could be an excellent budget hotel."

"Although owner was very friendly helpful, I found the beds in the room very uncomfortable - really hard mattress and pillows and barely slept both nights so checked out early. The water pressure and lighting in the bathroom was very poor so struggled with brushing teeth and shower."
