"We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary. First time to Costa Rica. Could not have had a better experience. The campus was spotless and verdant. The staff were unfailingly helpful and accommodating. The concierge staff were excellent and thoughtful. The food was delicious. And the views were stunning. 10/10 recommend."

"We arrived to the property but there was no one at the hotel, the lounge, bar and restaurant were close and deserted. Pool was durty, so we decided no to stay at the place because we also felt unsafe. Worst experience ever, I don't understand how EXPEDIA offers this hotel."
