"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and to be right on the beach for the price was unbeatable. The pool was great too. Staff was friendly and check in process was easy. The room was a little run down but very clean overall. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!"

"The house was a great property! Upon arrival Saturday, there were some maintenance issues and Kriston from Avant was in constant communication to get those resolved. By Wednesday everything was repaired except the ice maker. Kriston texted me to advise she had put in an order for compensation for the days we didn’t have what we needed and assured me that was not this standard and apologized again. Overall the house was great, we had a wonderful time and Kriston went above to ensure we were happy! Would recommend the property a d Avant !"

"The house and property were beautiful. Excellent service and staff. We had a few maintenance issues that were handled very promptly. This place is like a cruise boat on land: The chairs and umbrellas laid out every morning on the beach; The super fun main area pool with slides and lazy river; The pool bars and restaurants; The nicely equipped fitness room. All of it was top notch! Perfect for our family with teenagers that offered them freedom to explore on their own but we still felt safe. The only issue is that unless you eat on property, you will want to drive to most of the restaurants in the area. They're all about a half mile to a mile away. A bit far of a walk during a FL summer. Would definitely return!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host Donna was the absolute best and very responsive. If you needed anything, she was there for you. The location was amazing, very quick walk to beach. Overall we would stay here again and recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in PCB! The only thing I would recommend is adding curtains to the bedrooms. We did struggle to sleep in past 7am just with how bright/warm the rooms got even with the blinds. Just something to think about if you are particular about your sleep schedule."
