Incredibly helpful, knows all the best places and was really fun. The rooms are new and there are really nice walking trails in a private woods. Lovely place and Simona and Lilianna helped us have a wonderful visit to Sienna. "

"We had a problem tonight We went out and came back at 8:30 We couldnt open the door We asked for help from Jouliano She sent two people they couldnt open the door and they called firefighters to come and they came and they also couldnt open the door and they said we cant do anything At 11 they left and the one who Jouliano was sent said that you have to go stay some where tonight!!!!! "We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
