"If you are going to explore Pompeii this is a great place to stay. The entrance is a one minute walk and it’s not the entrance most groups use so you can get in quickly and start exploring the far end of the site for a couple of hours before the tour groups begin to reach you! Really made the time there more enjoyable. Hotel was clean - looked recently renovated, helpful staff. Breakfast was included at the restaurant across the street and there was lots of parking. We took the train - make sure you book the right train to the station at the hotel otherwise it’s an expensive taxi ride from the other station- lesson learned. Not a lot of dining options nearby but enough for a decent meal. Stored luggage at hotel while exploring Pompeii. "

"Hotel Forum is a beautiful spot to stay. It is well placed to one of the entrances to the archaeological park. The rooms are lovely, very clean and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant is fantastic as well. Perfect place to stay for those who want a great place in a convenient location for Pompeii and other local sites such as Stabiae, Oplontis and Ercolano. Will be staying here again. "

"Beautiful room. Pool was relaxing and amazing. Excellent concierge and guest services; they suggested a local eatery that was authentic and clearly a favourite amongst locals. Shuttle bus service to drop off and pick up. Overall deserving of the high star rating, it was by far the nicest place we stayed while in Italy, a wonderful change of pace from the cramped tourist hotels. And still close to Napoli Centrale and the airport. "

"Me and my daughter had a wonderful time at hotel Tiempo. The staff is very helpful and friendly with everything you need, specially Mario and Anna (desk) We can’t forget about Anna (keeper) - always smiling and helping with anything we ask. Also we had a great conversation with Nunzia (another hotel staff member) always making us laugh. Definitely a good time visiting hotel Tiempo."

"It was a great hotel, right opposite the entrance to Herculaneum. Room was a good size and the beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Also there is a great terrace where you can take your own food and drink and just relax or order from reception and have something brought to you. Theres plenty of good restaurants nearby and the railway station is 10 mins walk away for direct trains to Naples and Sorrento and easy connections to Pompeii. A great value hotel which i would recommend "
