"We would go to same hotel again . They recently opened and need to work on few things but it was great experience. The staff was awesome and atmosphere was family oriented. We were there for 7days the food is repetitive and seafood was limited veriaty. We could not get reservations for the steakhouse restaurant. There are kayaks and padel boarding for the guests. Booking activities were higher price The nightly shows were as good as they management invisited in it Thank for the nice staff"

"My stay here was absolutely awesome! The hotel is right on the beachfront, with lovely views from every room—and the A/C was top-notch and much needed. Coming into this trip, I knew very little about Costa Rica, but I learned so much during our time here. It is such a beautiful place, made even more special by the incredible staff, locals, and tour guides. We are so glad we booked all our tours through Freddy’s tours—they were amazing! The food was fantastic and offered so much variety. I loved the daily fresh omelets made by the chef, the country-themed dinner buffets each night, and the abundant fresh fruit, veggies, fish, and chicken. The kids were thrilled with the anytime pizza, ice cream station, and sweet jars! We also had a blast taking out the kayaks and paddleboards and taking in all the local wildlife. We can’t wait to return!"

"Overall, the resort itself is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the food I had during the day was very good. There is definitely potential for a great vacation here, but my experience as a solo traveler was mixed. The staff were generally friendly, although I noticed the level of service often improved once they realized you were tipping. My biggest disappointment was the room assignment. I was told that because of the resort’s relationship with Travelocity, I would receive an amazing room. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I was placed in one of the furthest buildings (rooms 12–17), far from the restaurants, pools, beach, and entertainment. The area was dark and isolated, which felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. I would have expected solo travelers to be placed in a more central location. The wildlife was another major issue. Raccoons actually entered my room and took food that the resort had left on the table. It seemed like they were accustomed to entering guest rooms, and throughout the night I could hear raccoons and monkeys outside trying the door. It made me uncomfortable enough that I avoided going out after dark, which meant I missed the evening dining and entertainment I had paid for. I also booked an expensive fishing excursion through the tour company on-site and was very disappointed. I didn’t feel the experience was worth the cost, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt like I wasn’t given the same effort or attention I expected."
