The parking was behind a locked gate with a FOB for entry. The bed was on the soft side and the toilet lid would not stay up by itself. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

nice hotel very clean and confortable ,the pnly little problem is that you can hear the bikes or trucks from the rooms at the back of the hotel

Perfect stay for a quick recovery from a long travel day. Clean with air conditioning they was sorely needed in a warm humid night.

Every month I fly back home to nz to visit my ofaanga I usually stay here at proximity. Always a wonderful stay every time. Towels are huge so thats nice if your plus size lol.

Excellent hotel right next to international terminal. High end accommodations.

Perfect location for late night or early am flights.

We arrive after hours from the airport, however check in was easily instructed, and there was a yellow bus that gave us transport for $8 per person. We were greeted with a lovely amenities basket, as well as clean utilities and beautifully prepared room.

I pleaded during the time I stayed here with following: Shuttle bus is convenient and free for guests. Staff is helpful and cheerful Bar is outstanding with food and drinks. I had more than 2 dinners with fine and delicious dishes.

We had a perfect stay at ibis Auckland Airport. Everything exceeded our expectations. We came in at 1 am and had been traveling over 30 hrs and the check-in receptionist was so kind to let us have a late checkout. It really was helpful.

Sweet golf resort 40 minutes from Central Auckland. Andy and his staff are great, the villas have nice views of the water, restaurant chef and food are top tier, and the golf course is challenging, but a lot of fun.

Great room, looked wonderful, very easy check in and out. Most of the room was updated and very nice, with nothing major to give you the ick. The blinds looked like they needed a clean, but I wasn't sleeping on them or walking on them, so I didn't mind! Would stay again
