The only positive aspect of this experience was Alex, who was the only staff member who provided genuine assistance and helped resolve the situation after hours of unnecessary delays. "

Main and Bathroom Doors were hard to close and needed maintenance, making loud noises when trying to force them to close. No parking available through the hotel. "
