"The staff are very nice. The property is worn down, old and very dirty. It is not kept up- no sink stopper, missing light bulb in bathroom, empty conditioner bottle, unpainted wood post holding up sink, ketchup on walls from prior guests, vents full of dirt, dirty shower curtain, dirty, painted over tub which is very slow to drain, very loud pipes (we had to talk louder to hear each other when another room was running the shower/flushing a toilet), etc. We travel a lot for our kids’ sports and this is by far the worst place we have stayed. I would never recommend this place."

"Overall very happy with the process and property. We were attending a family wedding and needed accommodation for 9 people. We were able to book this property, both up and down units as well as the upper unit next door. We booked this quite in advance and had to make a couple of changes and the host immediately did this for us. We did find the heat in one of the units was not working (likely because we were right in the middle of a seasonal change) and once reported it was fixed within half an hour!! All in all, highly recommend for a larger gathering, the place is well laid out with each bedroom having its' own bathroom. Thank you making this so easy!"
