"You get what you pay for. Basic but clean accommodation and restaurant alongside here is amazing food plus service. Good location for beach plus marina about 20 minute walk. Albufeira taxi about 25 euros. Reception helpful we arrived very late and a gentleman was there ready for us. Pool small sunloungers about 20 which was fine for us. Weather great spar around the corner . "

Location for marina is as close as you're going to get without actually being on the naeina iteself, 3 minute walk away. "A lovely ground floor apartment to stay in for a break in Tavira, plenty of space inside and out. We had an issue when we arrived with cracked tiles on the patio but this had already been reported and a builder was sorting the issue. Well worth booking plus Tavira is a beautiful town to visit. "

"The place was well equipped and very clean. It is in a great location to access local beaches. The grocery store nearby is very handy. The owner is so very nice and accommodating. "The apartment was very nice, overlooking the pool. Every morning we awakened to the most beautiful sunrise. The town of Olhos de Agua is tiny (population 4,000 approx.), but the locals are very nice. Local restaurants and coffee shops are not all open in February, but were beginning to open by the end of the month. It's just a short walk to the ocean, and we did a great deal of walking. "Easy walk from train station. All information was accurate. Perfect location to everything. The front door is hard to open but don’t give up, it eventually works. And if you run out of hot water just be sure to tell the owner so he can refill gas tank. Definitely would stay here again. Communication was perfect."

"Just back from 9 night stay . The apartment is immaculate and the location is excellent. You don’t need a car as can walk to a variety of supermarkets and the local food market . The ferry boats to the beach are 5 minutes walk and the castle ruins the same . We took the train from Tavira Station which is walkable from the apartment to the border town of Vila real de San Antonio and hopped on the small ferry across to Ayamonte in Spain for the afternoon.
