Just opened after renovation so understand and totally acceptable, as we were there on the first week. Felt private and exclusive. "Property is secluded and beautiful, very new and very quiet. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the room and property are spotlessly clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. The only drawback was in-room AC - it didn’t seem to be working, even after we complained and had it checked. It was a bit muggy in the room given it was Portugal in July. The pools were beautiful, sweeping views, and the restaurants were fantastic. This was a really relaxing and beautiful property, would definitely go back! "

"The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. The room had a nice layout. Overall the hotel was quite impressive."

"The Domes lake hotel is in a fantastic location for the Vilamoura marina. It’s only a 10 minute walk away from the beach and marina. The hotel also has restaurants and We have had a great relaxing holiday there and we can’t praise it enough. I can’t name any member of staff as they all work together as a team and nothing is too much trouble to make your stay more enjoBreakfast has a very good wide choice to suit everyone. Housekeeping is also excellent they come at least once a day and you can ask at the desk if you need them to do an evening service. Water is complimentary every day and left in the room.
