I had a problem in my room water was leaking and the prompt attention and I was quickly moved to another room. With apologies for the inconvenience and complementary snacks & water. Carol was awesome receptionist also the one that came in after her. I forget her name but she personally walked me to my room. She did everything to make my stay joyful and memorable. I will definitely stay again.

The staff were nice. The breakfast even though start 7:00 (a little bit late 6:30 is the best) but it was perfect. The room was clean and the service amenities were nice. I would be better if they can add hair comb or brush to the amenities. But in total it is a good, convenient , safe hotel to stay at while visiting Barcelona. You have a train station going everywhere , even to the Airport in Barcelona just down the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel from the location to the really cool decor! The beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing!

Very clean and away from busy tourist areas. Hop on bus and castle nearby. Breakfast was very good, lots of options but evening menu limited unless you want gourmet food.

Would recommend this location for anyone going to the port for a cruise or centrally located near La ramble st. Easy to walk to the metro or take a taxi. Great staff and breakfast. This is our second stay with them.

It was perfect after a long cruise

I selected this property because of the descriptions of the new facility and the view of the Sagrada Familia from the rooftop patio/bar/restaurant. Arriving from cold Amsterdam on a Friday afternoon I immediately went to the rooftop and enjoyed the view while have a cocktail and one of the fabulous food options. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was always ready to help and the breakfast was very good. The best thing is the proximity to so many places! This is probably the best Hotel experience in the last year. Nice hotel, staff and amaizing room. Strongly recomeded breakfast. I appreciated the staff attention to the clients, after requesting an extended stay, the answer was simply: no problem! I will return.

Excellent location, with an easy 4 minute walk to the Barcelona Metro (MUNDET stop). Within walking distance to a few small eateries, and a supermarket right around the corner. Hotel is extremely clean and exceptionally maintained.

Perfect stay after our cruise and the family room was the best set up for us traveling with two teen daughters. Shower pressure was amazing and bed super comfortable. Great location easy to walk to many attractions across the city. Rooftop was great setting for a cocktail before dinner.
