"Safe and quiet property. Close to a number of bus links and about a 15 minute walk to a Metro Station. Very fast WiFi (about 350mb download and upload speed). No check in desk, you get an email before you check in with instructions. No private bathroom but good for a one night stay. "

"Property was close to grand place which was convenient but it was too noisy and we had no Wi-Fi for the whole stay. The Wi-Fi listed on the email was not even showing up and they provided us with password for the other wifi connection and it was incorrect password and later they told us that the it was connection error and trying to fix it but nothing was done. They didn’t even provide us with proper pillow. "

"The apartment was in bad condition, need a maintenance, the wallpaper was in poor condition, there were no nightstands in one bedroom, the sink was clogged, one bathroom didn't have mirror, the pillows were very bad and you have to go up to the third floor by the stairs with your suitcases. The location was fantastic, steps from the metro and the historic center"

"We had a great two nights in this apartment. We had space for all of our kids and it has quick access to a nearby metro station, making it a central hub for exploring Brussels or all of Belgium. The host has had issues with communication through VRBO and didn't initially respond to messages through the app, but they were very responsive and helpful when we contacted them directly.
