"Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond Service! There truly are not enough positive things I can say about our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 7th floor, and our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was amazing—kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. I was traveling with my mother and child, and my mother has some mobility limitations. The staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable. They found a shower chair for our room and even located a wheelchair and arranged to have it delivered to the hotel for her to use during our stay. When traveling internationally with an older parent who needs extra assistance, this level of care means more than I can express. We never felt like we were inconveniencing anyone; the staff genuinely seemed happy to help. Our suite was comfortable, but it was truly the people who made this hotel special. Thank you for your kindness and exceptional hospitality. You helped make our time in Berlin unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again! Five stars without hesitation!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The room we had was well appointed,quiet, and the bathroom is nice and big with plenty of room to share. The location is great, if you have a car the parking lot has in and out privileges which is nice to have."

"The room and bathroom are well decorated and trendy. Lovely aesthetic and great amenities. Great for a weekend getaway. My partner and I had a pleasant weekend stay in the "Cosy" room, which is wonderfully decorated and trendy. The highlight was definitely the downstairs café and bar; delicious pastries, great coffee, and well-priced drinks in a vibrant setting with very friendly staff. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower temperature was impossible to regulate, swinging from scalding to freezing. The shower door also leaks heavily onto the floor. Storage is practically non-existent with only two coat hooks provided for luggage. The fridge didn't work. When we brought this up, staff mentioned they were already aware of the issue, but no one came up from maintenance."
