"I paid for a grand suite with a jacuzzi, living room & 3 beds, as confirmed by my reservation and did not get that room & the hotel tried to gaslight me saying they don’t even have that room. Probably double booked it. Expedia wasn’t helpful and the hotel wasn’t helpful. Nothing happened. Nothing was resolved. We were screwed. Hotel blamed Expedia. Expedia blamed hotel. We lost & I wasted my money on a closet next to the reception desk. The bathroom window literally opened into the reception...

"Property was new so very nice and well equipped, although we had to ask for towels and where to find the hairdryer and washing machine. The most disappointing thing was the lack of any instructions that usually come with a vacation rental property and the difficulty in communicating with the property manager…he didn’t respond to any message I sent via Expedia, including a request for a late check out. There was also no communication when there was work being done on pipes in front of our unit...

"Was slightly surprised by how small the room was, as it looked bigger in the photos It was okay for a few nights but wouldn’t want to stay for a long time On a positive note it was a great location and had easy access to the town/port/bus, and Eldo was happy to help with any issues that we had"

"Amazing location so beautiful, right on the water front. Beach was lovely can choose private beach or other one with beds and service. Restaurant next to it right on water. It is away from everything which was perfect as quiet and pretty. Was little hard to find as taxi driver dropped us away from property and there was only one or two signs. I would recommend taking the boat from the port instead as takes you up to restaurant. Wish we could have stayed longer "

"Well maintained beautiful and spacious apartments - excellent bay view if you have the sea view apts - family and friendly service - the hosts are kind and helpful - run by a family - Rooms are large and can sleep 6 easily we were four with plenty of space Jacuzzi was amazing with a beautiful bay view Walking distance from port and town (15min)"
