THE GOOD: Central location, Good bathroom and shower, fans THE MEDIOCRE: Poor kitchen supplies. One wine glass? Storage could have been good but most closets were filled with linens and cleaning supplies. They could have cleaned out at least one closet for guests. THE BAD: EXTREMELY HOT! One could say that is on us for choosing a place without a/c, BAD wifi!! - pretty much useless, AND worst of all communication. The welcome message said to text if we needed anything. As soon as we arrived, we asked if we could borrow a screwdriver for our suitcase. We gave up asking after three days. All we needed was a yes or no. We asked for additional towels and were told no problem. It took “their team” two days to deliver. Remember how hot the apartment is? Fresh towels are a must!! After two days of ridiculous back and forth I asked to connect with a manager. I was told the manager was not available but would contact me later. When I asked later, I was told the manager was sick and would not be in. They advised us of checkout requirements but got the checkout date early by a day. SUMMARY: Would definitely not book again. It might be a good place in winter when it is cooler but be forewarned how uncomfortable the apartment was in September. Cant imagine how bad it would be in summer. Don’t expect follow through with host, or bot, or whomever they had taking care of customer contact. PS. We are seasoned travellers and this is the harshest review we have ever done.
