Pour une nuit c'est ok

Rapport qualité prix au top. Chambre et locaux propre par contre un gros bemol car on a eu des odeurs de remontées d egouts du lavabo de la chambre. Bien desservi pour aller au stade de france

L’hôtel pour le prix est raisonnable maintenant en plein été on a eu très chaud dans la chambre pas de ventilateur ni climatisation (uniquement dans les parties communes) et bruyant on étaient côté rue et avec la chaleur on pouvait pas fermer sinon on avait encore plus chaud dommage car sinon l’hôtel est correct c’est propre et l’accueil est agréable

Ideal location, kind and considerate service

The property offers unbeatable price-value compared to other similar listings. Sure, it’s not the 4 Season but the rooms are clean and spacious with a large window. All communal spaces were spotless too! But the best feature is the property’s proximity to Saint-Denis - Université metro station and Paris Beauvais Airport shuttle station. We arrived early around 11 AM and were offered a room immediately. We also checked out at 2 AM which was absolutely no problem. It was perfect for a short city escape and catching some sleep before an early morning flight!

The checking process was very stressful and felt unsure if I was going to have a place to sleep that day. I arrived at the place 30 mins after the check-in time and there was no one there to let me in. It took the owner more then 45 mins to come let me in. I stay only for one night and had to get out of there as it felt unsafe and the accommodations were not what it mentioned on the booking itinerary. Therefore, I'm requesting a refund for the hotel.
