Our new 70 sqm apartment, fully equipped, has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stays in Paris!



It matches all the critera for both a leisure and business stay, being large, well designed and comfortable.

Thanks to its 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room, we can host up to 6 guests.



The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close to many restaurants, bars and major concert halls and theaters (New Morning, Splendid, Grand Rex, Comedy Club.)

Getting Around:

We provide transfer to/from the airports.



We are a 10-minute walk from Gare du Nord / Gare de l'Est. Access is very easy and allows reaching all Parisian tourist sites in minutes (Louvre, Opera, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower...)



Metro lines: 4, 8, and 9 (Strasbourg St Denis) and also 5 and 7 (Gare de l'Est)
