Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. It was extremely close to the Metro entrance, it was clean, very modern, and the bar and lounge are was very welcoming and had a nice ambiance. As an American and English speaker, the staff was polite, accommodating and at least one staff member spoke English. My only complaint is how thin the walls are, but everything else about this hotel overshadows the lack of efficient sound barrier. Would definitely recommend."
