"Jean-Brice was a perfect host. His breakfast was made by himself and so delicious. He is a nice man.
We had a room for two people with a shower and sink. The bathroom was across our room, but that wasn't bad at all.
The district is great, close to the Eiffel Tower."

"It's very convenient to get to the nearby Paris Expo Porte De Versailles exhibition center, just a 10-minute walk away. There's also a small Carrefour supermarket within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to buy groceries.
My accommodation was like an apartment-style hotel, with a kitchen, microwave, and other facilities, making it convenient to heat up food.
I was very satisfied and hope to stay here again next time."
