"Extremely clean, neat and tidy accommodation. Everything was well maintained and organised, creating a comfortable environment. The pricing was very cheap and well worth it for the quality provided. Great value for money!"

"Great place to stay. Very conveniently located to take away and restaurant dining, all in walking distance. The rooms are very clean and well appointed and maintained. The bed and pillows super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in Coffs Harbour. Staff are friendly and welcoming."

"The unit was clean sanitary wise, how ever there is alot if dirt on walls which need maintenance. The host was good to work with and the area was great. One point that I did not see mentioned when I booked the place was all the stairs and no lift. At my age and health that would have been nice to beforehand."
